Perfect stay! The bar stayed packed at night and the bartender was friendly and attentive! The gym was great got a nice morning workout in. The pool was cold as heck did not stay in there even with the heat. Beds comfortable but raggedy pillows. Still got a good nights rest although the pillows. Definitely will stay again!

The staff and customer service were excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and all areas were VERY clean. This is a pet friendly hotel. We loved it!

Stayed on 2/25/23 and the location was perfect. Staff was great and welcoming. Hotel was extremely pleasant and very comfortable. There's a bar, pool table all in the lobby area. Which I thought was not ok if kids are there. When checking in a folks are at the bar drinking and behaving inappropriately.. The bedroom walls are really thin and it's definitely a bit of a downside to such a gorgeous place.. along with no microwave in room, no ice maker near room which caused an inconvenience. Having to go to the lobby in front of guest that were at the bar to warm food and get ice in the middle if the night was very uncomfortable!

The staff here are amazing, and goes above and beyond. But if you are looking for a quiet place to stay at, this is not it. The AC inside the room is seriously so loud, that its hard to get to sleep. One of the managers or staff should try staying here one night to see what I'm talking about especially if you get the bed exactly infront of it. You can also hear loud noises when you are situated near the elevator. No doubt interior is nice but cleanliness is also a question. Check your linens and your beddings first. This could have been a two star rating but I give credit to the wonderful staff who helped our stay manageable.

Design theme for the room is dark, not like it so much. no restaurant. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance provided by outside vendor. There is a stall selling basic Stuff like yoghurt, milk, coffee, energy bar, cereal.... But very expensive.
