A nice walk through a forested trail with about 30 enclosures of raptors and other species. We went in the morning (July) when relatively cool, but trail is shaded throughout. Easy walking trails. Good, informative signage on each species. The app gave additional good info. Info is all natural history with no info on the raptor hospital or rehab. Bathrooms and small gift shop, picnic tables by parking area. Website said to reserve/call ahead, but we did not (group of 13). Younger kids (2 - 16 y.o) went through in

An interesting way to spend an hour if you're in the area. It's a little sad to see them all in cages, but It's also interesting to see these beautiful birds up close, especially some of the hawks and owls I see soaring above or in my backyard. There are quite a few non native raptors as well, from Africa, Asia and South America; no idea how they made it here, but exciting to see for sure! Also a great place to bring young ornithologists so they can see these birds up close.

This an awesome adventure!! Such a beautiful trail, very educational and just fun all the way around. The birds are beautiful and it's just a great place to go! Perfect for spending a day with the family.

It is a wonderful experience every time we visit. I hope to see the barn owls. Still have not seen them yet on next visit. But it is a great experience and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on their birds.

My husband and I had more fun than our three year old. Everything is laid out nicely and the presenters were knowledgeable. Its about a mile walk and its cheap enough for a easy Saturday outing that allows you to get steps in fast if nothing else. There is a play area and picnic area if youre brining lunch as well.
